Four out of every five people suffer from
back pain and studies show we are not as productive or safe
when we do not get enough rest. Back pain comes in a close
second to the common cold as the most frequent cause of lost
work time. A right mattress can help preventing back pain.
Mattresses look similar in the stores and in the photos,
yet one is $300 and the other $1000. You're looking for
a comfortable new mattress, but you don't want to spend
too much or, even worse, too little. We can't see inside
the mattress, so we have to rely on information from well
trusted name brand manufacturers.
Three things to be considered when buying a new mattress:
Firm or Soft - which to pick? Try out the mattress at the
time you buy it. Lie down in the mattress and give several
mattresses a try. Never rely on the label. Somebody else's
impression of firmness could turn out not be your impression
of firmness.
Durability - make sure the materials are good quality and
assembled well, this will highly determine how long a new
mattress will provide qualify and support.
Warranty - look for a warranty with a product guarantee
of minimal ten years. The warranty should replace a defective
mattress and guard your against inadequate quality products.
Remember, getting the right mattress is about your health.
Do not fool around it.
