Back Pain Problem

Back pain in the lower back or low back pain is a common concern, affecting up to 90% of Americans. Symptoms may range from muscle ache to shooting or stabbing pain, limited flexibility and range of motion, or an inability to stand straight. Chronic back pain is pain that persists for more than 3 months. It is often progressive and the cause can be difficult to determine.

Most acute back pain is the result of trauma to the lower back or a disorder such as arthritis. Pain from trauma may be caused by a sports injury, work around the house or in the garden. But in most cases, back pain is often caused by muscle strains, repeated strenuous exercises and poor sitting posture.
Nevertheness, in up to 85% of people with low back pain, despite a thorough medical examination, no specific cause of the pain can be identified.

Unfortunately, you can hardly find a silver bullet to fix your back pain immediately, You may need to try several approaches until you find what works for you. Sometimes we blindly follow recommendations
by individuals who have good intentions, but may not be recommending the best option. It’s never too late to seek out new and more encompassing information about your condition. Don’t say you’ve tried everything because you haven’t -- your solution is out there and you just have to find it.
